With heartfelt gratitude, we thank our visitors, friends of the museum, our local and international collaborators, all participating artists, and every sponsor and supporter. Your commitment and partnership made it possible for us to present a rich year of art, culture, and shared history. We look forward to continuing this collaboration in the New Year. Because of you, our mission to preserve and present Curaçao’s heritage remains alive and vibrant.
We warmly invite you to drop in during the holiday season and experience our three current exhibitions:
Gallery of Honour on Tour, Soublette et Fils
A special collaboration between the Nederlands Fotomuseum and The Curaçao Museum, bringing an iconic photograph of the Handelskade back to Curaçao paired with rare portrait photographs (carte de visite) from our own collection, many of them more than a century old. Share your story, your memory, your voice, your connection to the Handelskade and our photographs and help us identify the anonymous faces captured by Curaçao’s leading photo studio of the late 1800s.
Despensa i Pordon
Organized by Curaçao Art with our support, this exhibition presents the work and voices of 19 artists reflecting on the apologies for our slavery past through their own artistic language.
Pegasaya su Tela by Alejandra Cijntje
An inspiring solo exhibition by an emerging Curaçaoan artist whose work brings imagination, symbolism, and personal storytelling onto the canvas.
Thank you for walking this cultural journey with us.
We wish you a peaceful Christmas and a bright, inspired New Year filled with wonder, connection, and art.
Stay tuned to our social media channels for upcoming programs and events in 2026.
We look forward to welcoming you soon at The Curaçao Museum.
